At Playa de Finestrat, (Villajoyosa land) 3.5 km from to the center of Benidorm and just 5 minutes walk to the beach. A few meters from the apartment you enjoy a drink in one of the many bars and restaurants around, supermarket, taxi rank, bus stop, pharmacies, etc.
Key collection hours
The established schedule for collecting the keys to the contracted apartment is from 5:00 p.m. at 8:00 p.m.
From 8:00 p.m. There will be a supplement of € 30 until 24.00. and € 50 from 24.00h. until 08.00h. in the morning.
Check in
APTURIST staff will receive you at the apartment to deliver the keys, complete the holiday rental contract, so we recommend that each person occupying the apt. over 18 years, have passport. Upon delivery of the keys, the amount of € 250 will be retained as a deposit, which will be responsible for any damage that may be caused to the property. The deposit will be returned 48h. after the day of departure in the case that it is paid by card, once the condition of the apartment has been checked.
Departure time
The apartment must be vacated at 10.00h. in the morning.
Extras
An additional cost of € 125 will be added to the price of the reservation for check-in and check-out services, bed and bath linen, laundry and departure cleaning.
